Press one for ‘time scam’, Enigin saves my life!
Whats your most precious commodity, time or money? When we work, in a way we put a value on our time, what it’s worth to carve up a portion of our life in exchange for a numerical figure on a digital record somewhere in the ‘digiverse’. Its a bizarre concept, but all driven, I would say, by the value of our time, and thats what we do isn’t it, we make a series of exchanges. Nothing frustrates me more than a scam thats wastes my time, and/or money. I wont bore you with my tail of woe, but trying to correct my broadband bill was not a pleasant process, “press one on the keypad for an endless answer machine with diabolical lift music, press 2 for terrible service and press 3 for repeating your personal details five times”, needless to say that was 2 hours of my life I won’t be getting back and although eventually solved I felt myself subject of a time scam

Taking calls at all hours and leaping into action to give business and technical advice is the norm at Engin. Scam and time wasting just isn’t on the menu.
My most precious commodity is my time, and so I am loathed to ring my broad band company the next time they inevitably mess up, but look on the bright side I can at least eagerly look forward to my next conversation with my pals at Enign PLC they wont waste my time or money which when you come to think of it is the stuff of life.
